• We only use 100% wool Hand Felted balls in our useful Rep Sliders which measure approx. 2.5 cm

• Our Hand Felted Balls are also non-toxic, eco-friendly and ethically made in Nepal

• Please be aware that due to being hand felted the sizes of the balls may vary slightly

Fault or Damage

If in the rare situation one of our products is deemed faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We are more than willing to provide a refund for the item on receipt of the original item being posted back to us. You may opt for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you opt for a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be returned to your account. When returning an item we highly recommend you use a tracked service. Refunds or exchanges will not be provided on items we do not receive.

Returns or Change of Mind

Unfortunately, due to the custom hand made nature of all of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products due to change of mind.

Items purchased on sale or discounted cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
POSTAGE

We offer a flat rate of £ 4.74 for items sent within the U.K. This includes an assembling fee as our products are all hand made. We will provide you with a tracking number using Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivery is 2-3 business days. Ukulittle ® accepts no responsibility for lost parcels but will supply you with relevant tracking numbers as soon as the parcel is on its way to you.

International shipping is not available at the moment.
